On Writing

I've been writing a ton of poetry and performance related texts lately.   I'm really happy about this because for a while I felt as if the well of feelings had dried up completely.  I really felt that I could barely muster any creativity inside of me after moving to Japan.  I did little things like children's plays and movie scripts for my students to act in, and I attempted to write a full length script that sort of sputtered out though I think I might be able to salvage it.  But this current writing has a force behind it.  It's different from the stuff of the past 2 years.  Which is a good.  It means I'm back on the right path.
